About Carlton Albert Weiss
He was a private investigator in the 70's and 80's. His business focused on piercing asset protection entities. In doing so, he found that most entities were prepared by attorneys that used legislative statutes instead of common-law rights (or Natural Law (Gods Law) rights). He found that the statutory nature of these strategies made them easily pierced. Carlton went on to teach big collection agencies how to pierce pure trust and other faulty entities. Carlton's Trust Indenture's are founded in Natural Law. Most others use Equity or Common law as a foundation. Carlton's Trust Indentures that are based with Natural Law, are the only type of trust that (when done correctly) are safe from courts and government. |
